A Modular Drive and Control Platform for Autonomous
Integrate the complete system, or start with the module that unblocks your program. Every module is engineered, tested, and supported by the same team.
System Architecture
Our platform divides cleanly into drive, perception, decision, and power. The architecture is deliberate: it lets you adopt the full stack or a single module, keeps field service manageable, and gives your next product generation a path to upgrade rather than restart.
Perception Module
Overview
The perception module is the machine’s eyes and ears. Rather than trusting a single sensor, it pairs near-field 3D imaging with all-weather radar and fuses both into one environment map.
Capabilities
3D structured light camera — near-field precision
Builds high-accuracy three-dimensional models of the immediate surroundings; identifies boundaries, small obstacles, potholes, and slope changes, and supports grass-height assessment.
mmWave radar — mid- and long-range, all weather
Detects moving objects, large obstacles, and relative closing speed. Radar performance is not degraded by darkness, glare, or rain, which is exactly where camera-only systems fail.
Fusion engine — one reliable map
Kalman filtering combined with deep learning fuses visual and radar data into a real-time, high-precision environment map — the foundation every downstream decision depends on.
Why fusion matters
Camera-only autonomy is only as good as the lighting. Radar-only autonomy lacks detail. Fusing them is what allows the machine to keep working through dusk, wet grass, shadows, and cluttered gardens.
Decision Module (ICU)
Overview
The ICU is the machine’s brain. It turns perception into decisions, and decisions into clean, complete mowing passes.
Capabilities
High-performance embedded platform
ARM Cortex-A series processor delivering the compute headroom for real-time perception and planning, with low power draw and fast response.
Navigation and planning algorithms
SLAM-based map construction combined with improved A/D path planning for full-area coverage, obstacle avoidance, and efficient re-planning when conditions change.
Operating strategies
Breakpoint-resume mowing, rain protection, and configurable behaviour for different lawn conditions — so the machine behaves predictably instead of stopping unpredictably.
Mobile app and connectivity
Remote monitoring, electronic geofence setup, and OTA firmware updates, giving your users control and giving you a supported path for post-launch improvements..
Power Module (Optional / Partner-Supplied)
Overview
A high-performance lithium-ion battery pack paired with an intelligent battery management system, delivered with an established supply partner to keep runtime, energy density, and safety margins predictable.
Capabilities
Long-duration operation for larger lawns and multi-zone coverage
Intelligent BMS for cell balancing, protection, and state-of-health monitoring
Integrated thermal and power management for stable performance across seasons
Delivered as part of the system or sourced separately, per your program structure.
